Great Employment Experience

My name is Jeannie Pabon. I am a Home Health Aide who started out as a Personal Care Aide about a year ago today. I would love to tell you about my experiences working with First Care. I really enjoy working with the staff and with the patients day in and day out. First Care has taught me a lot of valuable lessons and had helped me to become the Home Health Aide that I am today. It’s in my nature to want to help others, especially those that cannot help themselves. When I work my shift and leave at the end of the day I feel wonderful and accomplished because I was able to help and make a difference in someone’s life. In home care it is important to remember that the patient always comes first, always provide great quality care, and always have respect, and consideration for others. I would definitely recommend First Care as the agency of choice for home care services and for employment. Thank you!
